I am pretty sure there is not as this is an area of interest to me.  The literature on genes affecting male infertility is in its infancy, while there are many papers on the effects of drugs on male reproduction, there are few of high quality.  One paper I found interesting was Yarosh SL et al. "Synergism between N-acetyltransferase 2 gene and pro-oxidant exposure increases the risk of idiopathic male infertility" Reprod Biomed Online 2014 Sep 14;29(3):362-9, because it does show a possible genetic bases for resistance of men to toxins. 

I encourage you to start this study!  It would be very valuable.

I don't have full access to the text, but I know the author of this paper and I am pretty sure that he used gene mapping software to attempt to address this question from gene expression microarray data in NOA men. As Erma said, this is still early stage so more data is certainly needed.

1- Drug discovery for male infertility?

2- Finding a gene marker for semen or blood analysis to estimating the kind of male infertility?

I think the results of your reading will inform your choice of studies.

The field may be a bit young for looking at drug discovery, on the other hand, it is wide open if you can find enough literature for your methods.
