The NIH has separate databases for chest x-rays and CT Chest but I am looking for any public one that has both available to compare some variables between both.
Here are some notable databases that contain both chest X-rays and CT chest scans:
NIH Chest X-ray Dataset (CXR):Description: This dataset is provided by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and contains 112,120 frontal-view chest X-ray images from 30,805 unique patients. Website: https://nihcc.app.box.com/v/ChestXray-NIHCC
ChestX-ray8 Dataset:Description: The ChestX-ray8 dataset contains 108,948 frontal-view chest X-ray images from 32,717 patients with various radiological findings. Website: https://nihcc.app.box.com/v/ChestXray-NIHCC
CheXpert Dataset:Description: The CheXpert dataset includes 224,316 frontal-view chest X-ray images with associated radiology reports. It provides annotations for different pathologies and uncertainty labels. Website: https://stanfordmlgroup.github.io/competitions/chexpert/
LIDC-IDRI Database:Description: The LIDC-IDRI (Lung Image Database Consortium and Image Database Resource Initiative) database includes CT scans of lung nodules from 1,010 patients. It is widely used for lung nodule detection and classification tasks. Website: https://wiki.cancerimagingarchive.net/display/Public/LIDC-IDRI
MosMedData: Moscow Chest CT Dataset:Description: MosMedData is a large-scale chest CT dataset with over 7,000 anonymized CT scans of patients with pulmonary diseases. It covers various conditions, including COVID-19. Website: https://mosmed.ai/en/datasets/covid19
COVID-19 Image Data Collection:Description: This dataset contains chest X-ray and CT images of COVID-19 patients, as well as images from other respiratory conditions and healthy individuals. Website: https://github.com/ieee8023/covid-chestxray-dataset
