Would the pressure at A decrease due to the pressure from B when travel to C (instead of pressure drop across the pipeline)?
If yes, what is principle or formula can be used to calculate the pressure at the red circle's area?
If no, is the pressure at the red circle's area will be the pressure of A deducts the pressure drop across the pipeline (minor loss)?

How about pressure at C? (More than that of A and B? More than summation of pressure at A and B?Will it less than the summation of pressure at A and B? Or less than pressure at A or pressure at B? )
By using the Darcy Weisbach equation, an increase of velocity (increase of flow rate due to the combination of A and B, with same pipe diameter of C with A), will cause a greater pressure drop?
You need to formulate the problem more precisely. There is no reasonable answer to your question. The simplest method to investigate the effect of this system of pipes is to use lumped model - hydraulic analogy with presures p_A, p_B, p_C, tube resistivities R_A, R_B, R_C and flow rates q_A, q_B, q_C. Apply Kirchhof laws to assemble a set of three equations and then you can for example investigate how p_A depends on p_B assuming that p_C and q_C are known.This method also allows you to calculate pressure at the red junction.
Noted. However, how can these three parameters (Pressure, tube resistivity, flow rate) being used in the calculation of Kirchhoff Law? Is it possible for you to provide the equation?
