The European Commission Regulation (EC) No. No. 472/2002 of 12 March 2002 set the maximum levels for certain contaminants in foodstuffs to be not more than 3 μg/kg.
The European Commission Recommendation 2006/576/EC indicates that the maximum tolerable level of ochra-toxin A (OTA) in poultry feeds is 0.1 mg OTA/kg.
