I Don't have a list but I think if you search the word ''Biochemistry'' in the search engine of Clarivate (link below) you can have a list of journals, then if you find interesting journals click on coverage to see their indexing bodies from the clarivate website. Also note that most or all journals published by Elsevier are indexed by scopus. Finally i Don't think clarivate is and indexing body instead they help you check the indexing body of many journals especially those covered or indexed by the web of science.
