please, can anyone tell me the new parameter for free radicals in patients with ischemic heart disease? or in women with a portion.

After an ischemic occurrence, during re-perfusion, free radicals may be formed, mainly superoxide radical anion. A blood sample collected in the presence of a spin trap, e.g. DMPO, can then be studied by ESR spectroscopy.
