Is there any herd health program for donkeys in sub-Saharan Africa?

Donkeys are known as hosts for a number of helminths including Strongyles, Dictyocaulus arnfieldi, Srongyloides westeri, Oxyrius equi, Parascaris equorum, Fasciola gigantica, Fasciola hepatica, Anoplocelidae.....which have great epidemiological significance. However, the practice of de-worming in donkeys in Africa is hazy. I need more light on this subject.
