i am writing a paper to asses the diagnostic yield of a procedure.
we report the diagnostic yield as the number of conclusive procedure dividing the total procedure (n/N, %)
in the subset analysis, we include those with complete follow up data which we can achieve a final diagnosis to calculate the diagnostic accuracy, sens, spec and predictive values. those without follow up data are excluded.
however, reviewer request to include those without follow up data as well in the sensitivity analysis - anyone know what does that mean? And how can we calculate that?
