I want to know different sampling strategies to understand big data. Or statistical learning with respect to big data

You can find sampling strategies (for instance, out-of-bag technique) in random forest works.

I think these papers can be used for preliminary research:

"On Oblique Random Forests" (http://people.csail.mit.edu/menze/papers/menze_11_oblique.pdf)

Decision Forests for Computer Vision and Medical Image Analysis (https://www.springer.com/us/book/9781447149286)

Although these papers are not focused on big data domain, they can be used for initial experiments
