I am working with cardiac samples from mice trying to characterize the development of cardiac hypertrophy. We know that the NFAT family plays an essential role in the development of hypertrophy, so we are interested in the study of this protein. Until now, we only used the antibodies from SantaCruz, but we couldn´t detect any presence of the protein, either in western blot or inmunofluorescence. Does anybody know any other NFATc3 antibody that works properly?
Alejandro：Almost all antibodies we used were from Santa Cruz, which showed beautiful results. We also identified the key to a successful WB was to conjugate HRP directly to the primary antibody, thus eliminated the use of secondary anti-IgG-HRP in the tradition procedure and the annoying non-specific bands around 50 kDa.
