For content validity, we can check the item by content validity index (I-CVI) and based on polit (2007) I-CVI of .78 or higher for three or more experts could be considered evidence of good content validity.
Is there any rule for face validity? or how to check face validity of item or questionnaire ?

Usually researchers suggest five exprts to validate your questionaire and conceptual model. It is better to choose experts in your Scope and those who are especialist in your era.

yes I choese experts for content validity, but how about face validity is it same experts or face validity should be by respondent (student who will answer real questionnaire) ?
and how should me to calculate face validity ?

experts are not your respondents who answer your questionnaire. experts are specialists who have more than 15 years experience in your scope practically. it is better to find supervisors who have experience in your era practically , no just academic. please check the attached questionnaire.

To check the clarity of the questionnaire, in other word if I want to know if the students or respondents understand my questionnaire, what is suitable procedure should me to do ?
experts will check clarity and appropriateness of questionnaire. of course,first you should try to find standard questionnaire. if you want to organize and write questionnaire, certainly, you should do it under supervisory of an expert in your era. after face validity, you will have pilot study which around 50 will be distributed among your respondents. there, you can take feedback from your respondents whether they understand questions. you can edit your questionnaire during answering questionnaire. in pilot study, if you have many outliers for some questions, you must edit them under supervisory of an expert or your supervisor.
