Is there any enzyme that can recognize DNA hairpin structue(single strand or double strand) and cut it(cut single strand or double strand)?

I wanna find an enzyme that can cut single strand DNA at specific site efficiently, but I failed. Instead, I start to find an enzyme that can cut DNA hairpin structure which formed by single strand DNA. I know some DNAzyme can cut itself, but I wanna pick up a DNAzyme that possess both high efficiency and ion-consistency(best catalyze by Mg2+), but if there any protein enzyme can do this, that would be nice.
