I've investigated the effect of Karate techniques training on improvement of communication deficit in children with Autism. So, I need some published research to support my findings.
Firstly what effect did you find? Its quite specific, so there might not be any published research? An alternative field that might help is (general) exercise on language in stroke patients? might be able to extrapolate from that?
A very specific question needs a very specific answer...
But there are at least some more general hints that may support your hypothesis (that has to be proven!), amongst others in terms of brain plasticity.
For example, it has been recently shown that individual differences in (movement) behavior in mice(!) correlated positively with individual differences in adult hippocampal neurogenesis:

Thank you for taking the time to answer my question. It'll be so helpful to provide me with any researches related to the effect of exercise on language improvement/development in any patients including stroke patients.
Thank you very much for your nice suggestion. I do believe there might be some neural or chemical changes in my participants' brain following exercise training which positively affect their communication and speech areas (Must be proven). And this is the miracle of exercise participation!
I recommend you have a look at the book: The revolutionary science of exercise and the brain.
I am not sure, if there are any studies mentioned about the connection to communication skills, but you will find lots of information about the underlying mechanisms that could be responsible for changes you might have found.
We published a case study looking at changes in language following an aerobic exercise intervention in an individual with Parkinson's disease. Perhaps it might be of some use. Good look with your work.

Thank you so much for your recommendation. It seems the book you recommend might be useful. Could you please provide me with the electronic version of the book if you have access to it?
Fatimah, check out Dynamic Systems Theory and self-emergence of behavior. Accidentally we found out that exposure to hypotherapy on children with cerebral palsy not only improved their postural control but also the speech in a severe non-speaker. We may publish as a case study. http://www.canchild.ca/en/canchildresources/dynamic_systems_theory.asp
