I have GCMS from Shimadzu with Thermal Desorption (TD-20), and i want to ask if we could put HPLC from same manufacture .My question is does it effects the sample because the HPLC it may contain Volatile and that will make the MS read it as its contain in room

But you do not prepare the sample for HPLC at air in the room (I hope)....So there is not any problem.

Regarding for (TD-20) GCMS . After the sample is get injected in TD ,the sample will make absorb for gas samples at this point i am afraid that the device will take in the volatile material inside the MS.
It is depend on with what concentration you are working. If your compound (with HPLC) is volatile and with high concentration than there may have chance that it create aerosol and give you ghost peak in high sensitive GCMS. You need to take extra care of contamination or cross contamination while working with GCMS.
