Is there any direct evidence between lipid accumulation and carcinogenesis in hepatocellular carcinoma?

We are interested in lipogenesis and cancer in the liver. There any evidence that lipid accumulation in the liver caused by PTEN CKO or AKT transfection induce hepatocarcinogenesis. Is there any direct evidence that accumulated lipids have an oncogenic effect?
