Do you know any method to detect a protein which can binds the DNA sequence ? However, I don't want to use radioactivity labeling. So, how can I see this protein on the gel ?
There are so many methods to detect protein/DNA binding. The simplest way is: incubate them together, run a agarose gel with TBE. If they bind together, the DNA would shift to higher molecular weight.

Both of answers are quite well, but I used a probe without tag, and I don't have any antigen for immunological detection. So, I wonder whether I can detect the probe on the gel with other chemical (EtBr etc.)?
