When we measure open-circuit voltage and short-circuit current for Piezoelectric and triboelecrtic nanogenerators, the pattern of the output signals is same or is there any difference?
Secondly how can we differentiate that the signal we are getting is due to piezoelectricity or triboelectricity?

The piezoelectric charge is permanent and it will measure the same every time. The triboelectric charge is temporary and may not be there the next time you measure the charge. Charge generation from a piezoelectric material if through deformation, while charge generation from triboelectric means is rubbing or adhesion.
Triboelectricity is not related to piezoelectricity other than the fact that piezoelectricity involves permanent electrostatic charge and triboelectricity involves temporary electrostatic charge. Triboelectricity is simply the generation of a static electrical charge by friction. The triboelectric effect describes frictional charge generation that happens when certain materials become electrically charged after being separated from a second material to which they were in contact. Rubbing the two materials together increases the contact between their surfaces, and creates the triboelectric charge. Rubbing glass with fur or a plastic comb through the hair, can build up a triboelectric charge. Basically triboelectric charge generation is everyday static electricity. The polarity and strength of the charge produced depend upon the materials, surface roughness, temperature, and other properties.
The magnitude of the triboelectric effect charge is unpredictable, and almost never results in the same charge each time. Amber, for example, can become electrically charged through contact and separation with wool. Triboelectricity was first recorded by Thales of Miletus, a pre-Socratic philosopher, mathematician and astronomer from Miletus in Ionia. The word "electricity" was derived by William Gilbert as “electra", from the Greek word for amber, ēlektron and tribo- (Greek for 'rub') referring to 'friction'.
The triboelectric effect is considered to be related to the phenomenon of adhesion, where two materials stick together because of attraction between the different molecules. Adhesion is not a chemical bond between atoms, but an exchange of electrons between the different materials, resulting in electrostatic attraction that holds them together. Physical separation of adhered materials results in friction. The electron transfer between the different materials is not immediately reversible, and thus electrons on one material are in in excess, while the electrons of the other material are depleted, resulting in one material acquiring positive and the other negative charges. Free electrons from the atmosphere eventually neutralize the triboelectric charge on the materials and they return to their neutral uncharged state
Could anyone please help me out that how Isc is measured and its waveform is generated or plotted as shown in many research papers. I have seen it in many research papers related to TENGs and PENGs.

Ehtesham Ul Haq , You can obtain short circuit current values from Electrometer and then later draw a curve which resembles to the attached pictures. The details of the instrument can be found out from Experimental section of the research paper.
Ehtesham Ul Haq You can use electrometer for open circuit voltage and short circuit current measurement. You can also measure charge transfered using electrometer.
If you don't have a electrometer then you can use a DSO or CRO for open circuit voltage measurment and for short circuit current you can use a low noise current pre amplifier which can be finally connected to DSO or CRO.
