Which metal is best choice to be used as thin film electrode on micro-structured PDMS. I am using Cr/Au but the adhesion is very poor. Any clue?

PDMS surface is having micro-structure in 50 micron range. Au/Cr of 100nm thickness via thermal evaporator shows poor adhesion.
