Is there any difference between fetal osteoblast (cell line i.e.,fHOB 1.19) compared to Primary osteoblasts?Especially in terms of protein expression?

Hi everyone,

Is it safe to say the fHOB1.19, fetal osteoblasts possess the same characteristics as primary osteoblasts? especially in terms of protein expressions?

Would you suggest the cell line over primary cells and why?
