This is my first time cell line culture. I've got questions about cell line culture
Are human fetal osteoblast cell line (hFOB 1.19) 37°C cells able to differentiate into mature by increasing temperature from growing temperature 34 °C to restrictive temperature of 39.5°C without adding osteogenic media?
and I wonder if hFOB 1.19 cells were incubated in 37°C and osteogenic media was added they would still differentiate or not?
I've cultured them at 37°C and they've grown pretty well. Would it be problem with cells at temp 37°C?
Who has experience with this cell line please give me advice.
