No, it's not about self driving car. Automated speed control system is a common system for controlling the vehicle speed to a set speed selected by a conductor.
Is there any data set which include information about the automatic speed control car system? (if it's turn on/off, speed set value,...)
My advice would be to find such data and use a systematic method to merge with existing crash data. I will generally do this using ArcGIS, but you must be sure the data is eligible to merge and that it is being done correctly.
