I'm sure someone at NHS has a database on this, especially with the focus on a whole range of "caregivers" from MDs to nurses to clinical psychologists, to social workers, to unlicensed counselors...I don't know of any private-sector databases of addiction treatment professionals/staff.

thanks Devin, unfortunately it would seem there is no data, there have been small scale studies by Drugscope but it is difficult to know how representative this is. Thanks for thinking about this,Ian
