so isolated many fungi from wheat especially belong to fusarium and aspergillus genre so i want to estimate the concentration of mycotoxins in my wheat simples blessing on the occurrence of mycotoxigenic fungi in my simple?

The simple answer is; the relationship is not sufficient.
The reasons are quite simple (and long known):
Estoy de acuerdo con el Mr. kan. En un trabajo similar, aisle 3 Fusarium sp, 2 Aspergillus flavus y 7 Penicillium sp de granos de maiz almacenado, sin embargo las pruebas para micotoxinas fueron negativas.
No all fungi species are producing mycotoxin,depend conditions.
The higher the occurrence of fungi producing mycotoxins in foodstuff the higher the quantity of the mycotoxin produced as long the factors such as temperature and humidity are conducive for the optimal growth of the fungi.
