I want to express The Sub1a gene which is responsible for conferring partial submergence tolerance into some non tolerant rice cultivars and see the expression of the gene and the phenotypic changes. one way to do that would be to isolate the gene and create plasmid myself but at this time I don't have access to such facilities nor the time. One solution is to obtain fully arranged plasmid with the gene,promoter and others. So desperately looking for any source that can provide the means to obtain the plasmid.
