I need a dataset which has real values of COVID-19 patients symptoms such as cough and temperature? I have found some datasets online but it contains only 0 or 1 for the symptoms values?
Anyone who know where I can found such as datasets ?

Of the already curated datasets (i.e., without partnering with a healthcare system and creating a new dataset), the one I know (in the U.S.) which closest matches your question is the CDC COVID-19 Case Surveillance [Restricted Access] dataset. Even that (only) has indicators for cough, and fever (Fever >100.4F (38C), and also subjective fever).
There are other datasets with broader coverage, and it certainly has its limitations, but this is the largest case surveillance dataset I've seen.
You do have to apply and if approved you'll be invited to the GITHUB repository.

Nourchene Ouerhani the numbers in that dataset have been rounded up or rounded down, so they are not real values of the symptoms. But thank you for your effort.
