I try to calculate incremental variance explained by variables in multivariate multiple linear regression model, but I don't have Sum of squares parameters like multiple linear regression. I'd like something like:

In Multivariate you have matrices where you had numbers before. You might try looking at the links below. Are you trying to do variable selection? you might look at the second link below, but this problem is essentially unsolved. You might look at the attached papers and their references to get an idea of where the field is presently. Hope this helps a little, David
