Normally, zeta sizer and TEM / SEM will use to analyze the nano particle. My sample is nano iron and proved it is magnetic by VSM analyzing. Due to metal probe, TEM / SEM can not be used for my sample. I found several alternative ways:

1. XRD => Can not analyze liquid sample.

My sample sediments by time. It would be a problem to use method such as freeze drying. Also the temperature and pressure influence magnetic field and magnetic make the particle agglomerate which I think it would affect analyzing the size.

2. DLS => It mainly analyzes distribution and I think I need one more result like TEM / SEM image which the particle size can be seen.

I am not sure if chemicals would affect my sample result and chemistry is not my major. My sample only contains nano iron and di water.

Thank you so much for helping.
