Recently, I have analyzed the UV-Vis spectrum of Di water and RO water and the result showed that Di water curve located mostly below zero while RO water curve located above zero, how do these characteristics influence the result of nano analyzing on UV-Vis?
Is any of such result considered as good quality or bad quality?

If you are using a double beam spectrometer then what is your reference sample? If you're using a single beam spectrometer then you have issues as negative absorption is impossible....

Thank you for helping. It was double beam. I measured Di water twice, once was as its base the other was as its analyzing. Same as RO water. Thank you so much.
