I received low magnetic characteristic from my VSM result the detail condition described as follow:
The method I fabricated nano iron received low magnetic characteristic on VSM result.
If I use any method to raise the concentration, the size would become larger enough so the result would not be nano iron magnetic characteristic.
I collected the condensation from my nano iron and did VSM analysis, the result showed similar trend to the Hysteresis curve.
Here are my questions:
a) Is there any other way to fix this kind of situation?
b) The result showed low magnetic characteristic, does this mean in magnetic application it is useless sample?
The strongest one and the lowest one are |0.000225326| (emu) and about |0.0000100572| (emu).

if you can use Fe3O4 instead of pure iron it will give much better solution. If not, try an allow of iron with small percentage of Co and or Nd.
Have you ensured the morphology of the sample by XRD? It might be hematite.. Try also to make IR measurements. In brief, be sure first about the structural properties of your sample.
You should compare with emu/g not only emu. As said above, maybe you have oxidized samples, Fe3O4 will give you a very low signal. Size of the particles also matters since if you have
As already mentioned by Sir G.F. Goya compare with emu/g. Have you done the phase analysis? If XRD shows its metallic iron then go for rietveld refinement to check the purity. There is also a possibility of oxidation Fe in any phase of FeO, it depends on the reaction conditions. I think your sample might be α-Fe2O3 which is not magnetic.

Thank you for your advice. I did XRD result but the score of Fe2O3 is relative low , is it possible to eliminate that it is Fe2O3?
The score of Fe2 was the highest in the XRD result.

Thank you for your advice. I will rerun the size test again to make sure. I have reviewed several paper and studies, their Fe3O4 VSM result were much more higher than mine, is there any kind of Fe3O4 received low signal on VSM result?
From my XRD result, I suppose my sample is not likely Fe3O4.
The score of Fe2 was the highest in the XRD result.
