Usually the as grown graphene film is transfered by PMMA, which act as a sacrifice layer. But I found the PMMA residues were very hard to clean thoroughly. Does anyone have another effective method to transfer graphene clean and effective?

The process I remove PMMA is as follows:

(1) heating the PMMA/graphene layer for 30 mins at 180℃ to strenthen the adhesion between graphene and SiO2.

(2)soaking into acetone for 6 hours at 60 ℃

(3)soaking into ethanol for 1 hour

(4)blowing with N2 to dry the surface
