Is there an easy way to annotate SNVs and indels on an on-scale gene representation?

Hi all, I basically want to annotate all known SNVs on the CDH1 coding region, on scale. Any easy way to do that that doesn't involve a "learn SVG and do Illustrator" answer? Please see attached picture of something similar to what I wanna do (Ellis 2012).
