What is the best kit for agilent one-color gene expression microarrays?

We're going to run a 100 some 8x60k GE arrays on material that is OCT-embedded and frozen, degraded a bit though (rectal samples): any suggestion for what's best for hybridization? We have both matched normal mucosa and rectal cancer before neoadjuvant treatment. Any suggestion on design/kit appreciated.
