I am working with blue-sensitive photographic plates. Therefore, to have a good comparison, I need good photometry on stars which are brighter than 15th magnitudes in the southern hemisphere in Johnson B or a comparable band.

You could try using Wikisky.org to look at the region you have photographed using digitized DSS images. Many of the stars have their positions and/or names listed and some kind of magnitude. The Wikisky magnitudes are probably not the ones you need; but once you have the position and/or name of the stars in the field you could use SIMBAD to search its databases, many of which include multiple magnitude measures. The SuperCOSMOS Sky Survey has BJ photometry for almost the whole sky. The typical photometric accuracy is pretty bad for stars brighter than 15th magnitude, though. Their photometry is described here:

I remember a US Naval Observatory publication by Gerald E. Kron, Harold Ables et. al that included several southern hemisphere photometric standards. This is work he did at Mt. Stromlo and Lick Observatories. USNO may have a digital copy I could not find it on Web Of Knowledge. I have a copy somewhere in storage.
