Is there an assay for the estimation of FADH2 in yeast cells ?

I want to measure the amount of FADH2 produced in different variants of yeast cells. There are kits available for the measurement of FAD by sigma.

Hello Iwonder whether would be possible to estimate FADH2 inside a living cell or a functional mitochondria, or it during the process of estimating all FADH2 is converted into FAD.
