Presently in most of the places, Lead Chromate is used as the yellow pigment in termoplastic paint. Can anyone suggest any alternative for the Yellow pigment (Lead and Chromate free) in place of Lead Chromate?
You can try cadmium pigments such as cadmium sulphide, cadmim-zinc sulphide. Cadmium salts can produce yellow color.
Thanks Dr. Bhattacharya
But, can they sustain the high temperature as have to be melted at approx 200 C. Will it retain its colour?
