I'm trying to find a yeast fluorescent reporter system that will glow one color when the yeast is a-type, and a different color when the yeast in alpha-type. Icing on the cake would be a third color when the yeast is expressing diploid genes.

Would appreciate any info on a system like this as I cannot find one.
