In stead of searching every database engine separately? E.g to find a journal indexing I should check master journal list to know if it is ISI and check SJR to know if it is scopus or Ncatalog to know if it is medline, etc
Perhaps you could try a periodical directory like Ulrich's periodical directory. It includes the coverage information of abstracting and indexing services. It is multidisciplinary and available online. However, it does not cover all publications. In order to access, you also need subscription to this resource.
