Some of my data points are outside the standard deviation, so I want the error bars to capture them by doubling the SD values. Is there a way to do this? How? If not in GraphPad, how about in Excel?
1. With your data plotted, double click on the error bars to open the error bar settings.
2. Under Error Bars, change the Multiplier value to 2. This will make the error bars 2 times the standard deviation.
3. Click OK to apply the changes.
Dear Dr. Saif Wahid
Thank you for your answer. I'm using the 9th version of Prism, but there is no multiplier option. Please take a look at the attached image.
If you have any other advice, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
