1. With your data plotted, double click on the error bars to open the error bar settings.

2. Under Error Bars, change the Multiplier value to 2. This will make the error bars 2 times the standard deviation.

3. Click OK to apply the changes.

Thank you for your answer. I'm using the 9th version of Prism, but there is no multiplier option. Please take a look at the attached image.

If you have any other advice, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
