Hi everybody,

I have a big doubt. As a part of my thesis, I am calculating the P and N uptake rate of microalgae using a linear regression, where the slope is the uptake rate. Briefly, in my linear regression, X axis is days and Y axis is the amount of the P or N it takes in on that day. Nevertheless, I have 5 repetitions for each treatment for all the days and, in a paper, I saw that the slope had a standard deviation, so I assume that they performed a linear regression with al the repetitions. Can it get the standard deviation of the slope in spss using all my repetitions?

Many thanks
