Is there a validated tool for measuring spiritual care competency? in this reference i well say that if you want to construct the spiritual care competency tool than you identify the dimension and prepare the item and after construction of items you will go to field to administrate in your respondents and would be take data than analysis this for appropriateness of items than use statistical analysis for reliability of test and than use again statistics for validity of your tool. you can adopt this process.

I am interested in measuring BSN students' competency in providing spiritual care. Does anyone know of a validated tool for this measurement? Thanks!
