An excellent form of low cost coach/mentoring for any professionals is to form peer groups of ideally 6 to 9 people (must balance enough airtime for each with a diversity of experience/personality) who meet regularly (can be remotely) to discuss issues through action Learning Sets. They will need some training in how to run peer groups, elementary coaching techniques and facilitating Action Learning, but once that is done they can be self managing, perhaps occasionally with some supervision to check process.
