I have a data sample where first measurement has half as much data points as the second measurement for the same subject.
Do you know any statistical comparison that is:
> non-parametric
> not-paired
Moreover, do you know the test for 2x3 multiple comparison where first factor has different variable size and second factor has the same variable size, and the data is from dependent sample and non-parametric?
I want to see if there is a significant difference in performance in spatial navigation with and without using a navigation device, where I compare the error angle in pointing to landmarks.
This is actually all one group, the same subject has a measurement with & without the device & each of them 3 times.
