Is there a standard quality for brackish water from well-known organizations or standards?

Again I am looking for a standard. An organization standardized the range of TDS or conductivity of Brackish water.
Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) is used for brackish (500 to 2,000 up to 30,000 mg/l), then some use conductivity, chlorides as salinity. See links below:
