Can I somehow plot my S11 Vaules vs Time in CST?
I already obain the S11 values vs Frequency but would like a graph in which Time is the x-axis.

S11 is defined at a single frequency, or in a small bandwidth. It doesn't change with time unless the circuit changes. You can plot the electric field against time, and this is what is produced in FTDT and transmission line simulation methods, but it is not S11. S11 as a function of frequency is produced from the transform of the electric and magnetic field variation with time at a port.
In CST you can see the ingoing and returning time signals in the 1D Results Port signals
You can export the data and take the Inverse Fourier Transform of the same to obtain this type of response.
Import the S11 values and perform an inverse Fourier Transformation you mean?
