And of course there is SPSS, which you might get for free from your university (you can also download a 30-day trial version; see link below). It has the advantage of being "relatively" easy with its GUI and Excel-based data tables, but in the same way being quite powerful in its different ANOVA approaches.

But this means not to say, that R isn't the better option if you don't fear programming (and a quite "grown" syntax).

We use R and Gretl, they are free and GNU.

You can try Excel addin statistiXL. Although it is not free but 30 day trial version is available. Various processes are explained in Help option .

I think the easiest way to employ ANOVA test is SPSS. Also, Matlab is convenient for this. For instance anova1 function is for one-way and anova2 function is for two-way and anovan is for N-way analysis of variance.   

There are many softwares taht can implement ANOVA of different kinds.

Some of them are SPSS, MINTAB, STATISTICA, E-View, SAS , R - software and even EXCEL among others.

You may use SAS, SPSS, MINITAB, etc. for performing these analysis.  In freeware, you may use R-studio, R, etc. You may also try different links on Online Analysis of data at www.iasri.res.in. 

All the above + excel based programs like statistix. R is free for use and is used by many!

I do really love MSTAT-C, it is free and have more than 33 designs and you can add more using custom designs. Also it letters the results of multiple comparison of means easily. 

GraphPad Prism (I am using version 6.0) does a pretty good job with both parametric and nonparametric ANOVAs. The system offers huge variety of post hoc pairwise comparisons tests. And it is easy to use. For no-programmers could be a good alternative to R, SAS, MATLAB and so on.

Dear friends, while you give the software for ANOVA, kindly also indicate which OS it needs. Some software are Windows-only, and some software work in many OS like SCILAB. If there is some SCILAB user, kindly let me know ANOVA commands in SCILAB. Is there any Statistics Tool-box in SCILAB? Thanks!

There are many software available for ANOVA statistical analysis of your data.

MINITAB is one of simple and widely used software, simple to understand which runs of WINDOWS OS.

Apart from this, you can you Design Expert, ezANOVA, XLSTAT, etc are available for different OS.

It can be done using Analysis tool in MS Excell. If you are using some medical data you can also go for a software called MediCal. Most standard used Statistical software is SPSS which can also provide you the same results. For any further clarification feel free to message.

Yes, you can use XLSTAT.

It gives both ANOVA stat and different options for multiple comparisons.
