I need to separate IgM, IgG and IgA from blood serum by a simple method/ kit.
Use protin G- sepharse to capture the IgGs; you can do it by pouring serum over a column or by addition, mixing and centrifugation. The different isotopes elute from the washed sepharose at different pH's.
