Is there a relationship between the ABTS and DPPH assays? Let’s say I am performing an ABTS and a DPPH assay for 5 extracts, and I am going to compare them by giving rankings. Are both the DPPH and ABTS rankings equal?

Both methods are used to measure antioxidant power.
DPPH: The degree of discoloration of the purple solution
Reagent 2 and 2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl or DPPH is measured at a certain wavelength and called inhibition. Free radicals are calculated by the formula.
ABTS: The absorbance of the sample is measured at a specific wavelength, and the evaluation of the radical inhibitory and inhibitory power of the sample is obtained through a special formula, and the antioxidant capacity equivalent to ascorbic acid is reported.
The calculation formula is the same in both methods.
