People who have lived with HIV for a long period of time. It seems dying of cancer now days. Are it Antiroviral drugs causing cancer? In 1990s, they were dying of typhoid because their immunity got destroyed. We are fighting HIV now cancer comes in. I was inquiring on issue since it is concerned with life. Thanks Bruce
In in case of ART (drugs) the association of Cancers and drugs is too rare. only if that particular drug caused cancer as an side effect= but very rare.
about the relationship of HIV/AIDS and Cancer yes, there is a strong relationship/ association - but mostly to those with low immune system. those with low CD4. and those are refer as opportunistic infection, taking advantage of the weak immunological state: examples are Kaposi Sarcoma, cervical cancers

It is common for people living with HIV especially those not adhering to treatment regime to have certain cancers such as Karposis sarcoma
Also note that HIV destroyed the immune system compromising the body's ability to destroy cancerous cells
the HIV attack the immune system.....the body defense for cancer is depended on immunity
