I am trying to isolate RNA from mouse ovarian fibroblasts, and need to do DNase I digestion, but ran out of buffer RDD so I'm looking for a replacement.

You can use any RNAse-free DNAse buffer. I did try Qiagen DNAse+Turbo DNAse buffer, and try TurboDNAse+Qiagen RDD, no difference.
