Is there a publicly available database to deduce secondary structures using CD spectroscopy for venom peptides?

I am also searching for circular dichroism databases that also have information for venom peptides. However, most of the databases available on the internet are only for proteins.

Do you have examples of the databases you mean? To me it is not entirely sure whether you mean databases or deconvolution programs like DichroWeb.
